From now on you can submit your visa application online for some types of employment visas. Once you submit your documents, we will inform you whether these are complete. This will make your in-person appointment at the German mission quick and efficient: You will present your original documents, provide your biometric data (fingerprints and photo) and pay the application fee.
You can apply online for the following types of visas:
Opportunity card visa
Blue Card (EU) visa
Visa to take up employment as an academic
Visa to take up employment as a skilled worker with professional training
